Kelying on thia promlw they purchased more largely than ever bet'ore, knowing that tlieir nevv quarters would afforc! abundiint room display the immense stock of rich and beautiful wares to advantage; but now the con tractors teil them that it will be impossible to turn the building over to them completed until January lst, 1884. This, of course, is a greiit disappointinent tothelirm mentioned, and they will now be compelled to show their large stock as best they can in their old quarters corner of Woodward and Jett'erson avenues; and wishing to oarry as little as possible of these goods to the new building, all stock will be marked down to make it move. Our readers will readily see, and no doubt take adrantage ot' this opportunity to make their holiday pinchases, well knowing that any article bought of this old establishcd house will be just as represented.
