STATE OF MICHIGAN. To The Circuit Court for the Couidy of Washtenato, in Chartcery : The petition of WllllamC. Stevens, Auditor General of tsiild state of Michigan, respectfully shows tliat the lists of lamín heretnafter set forth and rnarked "Schedule A," eoutaln a description of all lands In said county of Washteuaw, upon whlch taxes were asseKsed fortheyears mentloned theieln, and whleli were returnedas delinquent for non-pay ment of taxes, and whiuli taxes have not heenpald; together wlth the total amountof such tnxes, wlth Interest coraputed thereon to the time ílxed for sale as provlded by law, and the cost of advertís! ng and othor expenses of sale of each of sald pareéis of land. Your petltloner ftirther shows to the court tliut sald laud were returned to the Auditor General as delinquent for the non-paymont of sald taxes lor said years respectively, aud that sald delinquent, returns were made prior to the flrst dny of July, 1XX-2. Your peütloner further sliows that the aatd taxes on the said describid iunds have rematned unpaid for more thjui ooe year from the llrst day of July Deztufter their return to the Audllor General, and the Raid ta es nol havlng boen paid. and the Name heing now duo and ronialning unpaid as aboye set forth, your petitioner prays a doeree iu favor of the títate of Michigan ayainst each parcel of said lands, for the payment of thesoverat amounts of taxes, interest, costs of advcrtisiuK, and other expenses of sale, as comjiuted and extended in said scbedule, aeainst the several pareéis of land contained therein, and in default of payment of the said several suins computed and extended against sald lands, that eaeïi of said pareéis oí land muy be Bold for the arnounts due thereou as proviitcd by law.
