Miss Olla Gainsey, Champion lady fancy skater of the west will be here on next Tucsday and Wednesday evenings, slie being the attraction at the Princess link in Detroit on opening niglit and till Tuesday following. Miss Gurns-ey has received more favorable notices froni the presa than any other lady skater on the profession. The tliree mile race for the Championshipof tlie university will positively take place on Friday night. Entries have been received f rom raost of the deoartments and the race will be full and exciting. The rink will be closed on Tlmrsday night as theopening of the Princess Kink at Detroit takes place on thatevening and a great many from thia city will fro down. Miss Eliza Canwell of this city will be treasurer of the new Princess i ink at Detroit. Election returns were receivod at the rink on Tuesday evening by a large and enthusiastic audience. There were more skaters on the Hoor than at any time before, slnce the opening.
