Under the old system of giv'ing each of the county papers such an amount for pulisliing these proceeding?, the publishers didn't get rich, but the people got the pioceeding, of the board when they were fresh, and of interest. Tliey transacted considerable business, resolved to push the work of organization, and to put a ticket in every township at the coming spring election.
