The annunl meeting of the stockholders of the Keek Furnlturo Co. of tlils city was held Ia8t evening, at tbe office of the presidont, Judjje Unrrinian. The old board of directors was re-elected, as followi : W.D. Ilarriman. L. Gruuer, Mose Beabolt, J. J. Ellls. C. E. Hiscock, A. W. Ilamiltnn, mul E. E. Beul. The directors subsequently met and nelected lUformer office rs: President, W.I. H.irriman ; vice-president, L. Gruner ; 8ecretary ftnd tioasurer, CIihs. E. Hiscock. Paul Schnablc was elected superintendent. The annual report was read and spproved, wMch showed the company m excellent condition, though the depression in trade had necessarily curtailed sales and the ainouut of business transacted. But the company, by excellent inanagement, is ni a sound üuatieial condition, and ready tot business when the avenues of trade shall again open up. At a directors' meeting held Wednesday evening of last week an annunl dividend of foor per cent. was declarad payftble on Feb. lst, uext, at the savings bank.
