The President elect and four rroiessors of the Agricultural College, the President and one Professor of Albion College, one Professor of Kalamazoo College, and two Professors of the Normal School, are university graduates. The laws were exoused from lectures Monday, fome to return home and vote, while their less fortúnate brethren remained about the city booming their respective candidates. Nothing like a professor or college student to make thitigs lively in garb of a ward politician. The following high schools in Michigan have universlty graduates as teachers, and u most cases a gradúate as superintendent or principal: Detroit, Monroe, Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Adrián, Jonesville, Coldwater, Dundee, Jackson, Marshall, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Hastings, Allegan, Grand Rapids, Ionia, Owosso, Big RpUls, Muskegon, Manistee, Petoskey, FentoD, Flint, Pontiac, Oxford, Saglnaw, East 8aginaw, Bay City, Alpcna, Port Hurón, Caro, and probably others. Three university men are in the faculty of the Michigan Military Academy. The university is represented by its graduates in the facullies of the following colleges and universities: Harvard University, Rutgers College, Boston University, Lehigh University, Wellesley College (President and seven professors), Tufts College, Rochester University, Bethany College, Ohio State University, Denison University, Fisk University, Wisconsln University, Minnesota University, Iowa University, Illinois Industrial University, Pella (Ia.) College, University of Missouri, University of California, University of Japan, Aintab College and Beirut College (in Asia Minor).
