Editor Courikr- The Webster farmers' club held its meeting last Saturday at the residence of Mr. Geo Merrill. The question, " Which is the most durable and ecouomical fence for the farmer?" was discussed at length. It was decided thftt the rail fence Is best where timber Is plentiful. The greatest objection raised against tlie barbed-wire fence was that it Hable to injure stock. Also the subject of corn-plantinff received some attentlon. The next meeting wlll be held at the re8idence of Mr. Edwin Ball, on Saturday, June Otli, beginning Rt 1 o'clock p. m. The questioiic, " Wh.it ia the best method of tending corn f" and " Wliat is the best mi-thod of cutting and curiui? hay!" will be discussed.
