The usual reqiiireiuents for Decoration Day will be observed in Ann Arbor, 8ntunlay, May 30. The place for general assembly will be arouml the court house square. At 9 o'clock a. m. a detail from the Army Post will proceed to theSt. Thonuu burying ground, to decórate with tlowers the graves of the soldiers buried there. At 10 A. M. the Army Post with fife and drum corps and Uring squad will p?oeeedto Forest Hill cemetery and perfbrm the ritual service at the grave of Col. N. E. Welch, and likewise decórate wiili flowers the graves of the other soldieis bnried there. In theafiernooii the time for assembling will be 2:30 o'clock, and the processloo will move prompt I y at 3 o'clock All civil and military organizati.n, ,.r individuáis, upon foot, mourited or in vehicles are uvited to joiu in the procession, led by the Grand Army Post aml Co. The instrumental music for tlie aftcr noon will be furnished by the Chiqiiiimegon band, of the university. The stand and mouuineiu will bu dfOOrated by the Ladies' Deeoration Society. The groundsare elevated and capación, and for those with vehieles there will be sufBcient hitching places for hor-t . The public generally are invited to attend. Should the weather be unfavorable the stand exeicises will bu lield in the court house. All contributions of tlowers sliould be sent to the basement of the court house (or fifth ward eligiue house) as early as eight o'clock in the morning ot the day, if possible. All matters pertaining to the day not directly asslgned to the marshal or the sub-coinmittees, will be referred to the executive tommittee or the Post Commander. Execu Uve Coni.
