The Palace rink will bo open every Tuesday, Thursday and Satmday afternoon and eveniug, during September, but the regular season will not conimence until Oct. lst. It will run every afternoon and evening all the season with music. The old skates will be replaced with the celebrated Evans all nickleplated, club, anti-frietion, pin-beariug skates, this being the iirst case on record where pin-bearing skates have been adopted for general rink use. The prices will also be reduced to 15 cents admission, with surface free to parties owning their owa skates and 10 cents extra for use of rink skates.
