Tuesday, Oot. 13, at lí o'clock, p. m.. the Ladies' Library Building will be formally opetied, and a reception given, to wliich all tbe citizens of Aun Albor are very cordiaüy invited. Tlie program of the reception will be : An opening addressby Judge Cooley; a hlstory of the aRsociatlon by Mr. Pond ; a report of the building cominfttee, by Mr. J. M. Wheeler ; and a clo8ng address by President Angelí.
