At a meeting of Forest HUI Onietery Co., held Tuesday, Jan. 5th, Henry 8 Dean, W. W. Whedon and C. H. Elch raond were eleeted trustee for a period o three years. The treasurer, Ernanue Mann, 'presented the following report Heceived during the year $3,048.15; ex penditures, $1,846.45; balance on hand $2,123.10. The investrnents of the soci ety amount to $2,700.; due on lots sold $541. The memorial fund, wliich con sists of money paid in by lot owners to keep the grounds In good conditlon, now aniounts to $317.50. At a subsequent meeting of the diren tors the board organized by electing J Austin Scott president, and V. W. Wlne secretary and treasurer. Mr. Mann, wh declined a re-election to the secretaiy ana treasurership, had held the office for period of twenty years, and Ihought him self entitled to a rest.
