I hear much complulut from members who were lnduced tojoln it with the understandlngthatltwas non-seclarlan, Don-politlcal and nrganlzed for the piirpose or aldlng the euforcement of the law; and who now flnd thatlts ExecuIlveCommittee, havegoneiuto Ijiisiiii-ss of party and ticket inaking, and bargalnlng witli polltlclans and seeking to turn over the lnlluence ol the League to political parties aud uses- Irapairing if not destroylug the uxelulness of the League and abuslng the cou&denoe of lts raembers, who belleve no suca movement as a Cltlzen's ticket should have been started by that comralttee, without the authorlty of the whole League.
