Louis Wood of Detroit ia spending a few days at home In this city. Mrs. Fred Wallsce of Chattanooga is visitlng her parents in town. J. Q. A. Sessions apoke at Decoration Day services in Brighton, Sunday. E. W. Whipple, law '87, was called to Jackson Saturday on legal business. Barney Johnson spent a blissful vncation of one day in the Oreek suburb, Sunday. A brilliant reception was given by Prof and Mrs. A. Winchell last Thursday evening. Miss May Leiter, is with her grandmother, Mrs. Tracy W. Root, for the summer. L. A. Barnes, president of the Peninsular Paper Mills at Ypsilantl, was in the city Friday. Dr. Nicoli, of Detroit, spent Sunday with Mr. Kreuger, bringing up a couple of Germán hounds forphotographing. Kendall Kittredge, Junius E. Beal and Eliner Crawford, left Tuesday morning to attend the State Prees Association at Coldwater. John Parker, W. L. Becker, " the only roal live Germán in town " and Judge ? Beardsley, the "man from Tin Cup," spent Sunday and Monday In Detroit.
