A Creat Vïctory A Terrible Case of Scrofula Cured by Hood's Sarsaparilla " In the winter of 1879 I was attacked with Scrofula In one of the most aggravating f orms. At one time I had no less than thlrtecu large abscesses over and around my neck and throat, eontlnually exuding an offenslve mass of bloody matter dlsgusting to behold, and almost Intolerable to endure. It 1b lmpossfble to fully describe my sullerlngs, as the case was compllcated wlth Chronic Catarrn. Aiter threo years of misery, havlng been treated by three physicíans, I was worse than ever. Flnally, on the recommendatlon of W. J. Huntley, drnggist, of Lockport, I was Induced to try Hood's Sarsaparilla. And now, after haring taken twelve bottles, within the last twelve months, the acrofulous ernptions have entlrely ceased, and the ahscesses have all disappeared, except the unslghtly ears, wnleh are daily beooming ' smaller by degrees, and beautlfully less.' I do not know wïiat it may have done for others, but I do know that In niy case, Hood's Rarsaparilla has proved an effective specific indeed. As an evidence of my grntitude I send these facts unsolieited, and I ani ready to verlfy the authentldty of this curi1, by personal correspondence wlth any one who doubts it." Ciiaki.es A.
