In order to set the ball rolling the CoLUtiER proposes the name of William J. Cocker, of Aditen. Mr. Cocker is by education, experience, abillty and natural quallttofttlona wcll fitted for the position of regent of our universlty. 11e is young, active and well up in literary ;ittalnmenU, and In faet he is a worthy son of that noble man, Dr. B. F. Coeker, known and loved by so many of the citi" zens of Michigan, irreepctiye of party or poettlon.
