Compare tliig with Atlanta, Ga., which in a few mouths afti;r prohibition, and that hut partial, reduces taxes froin 40 cents on f 100 to 30 cents and has a surplus revenue in lts treasury of over $30,000. Anit Arbor is a university city- would it not piy to advertise to the World that we hare no saloons to corrupt the youth sent here? Could we not reduce our taxes by ttiis mutbod ?
