Therein the railroad men are short-sighted. If they knew the ioople bet ter they would know that when the people come to understand the motive of the roads in this lpgislative pass business, it will inevitably créate sueh indisfnation that if the present legislature fails to do its dutj', the people will see that a legislature Uelected tn two yeara with special reference to railroad legislation, and that will do its full duty.
