Also that the county clerk be authorized to pay 75 percent, of bilis quarterly. The annual report of the county drain eommissioner was recelved and ordered printed. An eft'ort to secure pay for lisli and game wardens at same ratea ns allowed sheriff in criminal cases failed. The bids for medical nttendance at juli were opened, and the same awarded to Dr. C. G. Darlinjrat $45. Mr. Yost presented a petition signed by numerous freeholders of bis district, praying for leave to enforce tire law relative to lisli shutes, The board resolved when they adjourned to meet In adjourned session Monday next. The committee on per diem allowance reported the usual allowance. Supervisor Case from the committee on public buildings presented an itemized report of the work done by them at tlie county house and the court house.
