The animal meeting of the Ann Arbor Business Men'g Association was held in the court house, Friduy eveniiijr, August rd, 188S. The meeting wascalled to order by Nelson J. Kyer, President. After ;lie minutes ut previous meeting had been read and approved, the Treasurer reported liaving reeeived $207.53, aiul paid out the same auiount, which report was adopted. A comniittee was appointed to ecouimend ollicers for the Association br the ensuing year. Their report was adopted and tlie following oftiers were elected : President- Thomas J. Keech. Vloc Pres.- Krederlck Bclimld. Cor. Sec- Gllbert Bllss. Treasurer- A. L. Noble. Director- J. E. üeal. A communication frora Ilarry VV.
