The articles exprcss the Ideas of the Individual wrlters, and in no eense are dictated from any pre-deterinined policy on the part of any organization. In this way perfect freedom of utterance on art tubjects was attained, without an attempt to make the supplement anythlng other than it purports to be- a free parliament of art opinions.
