The council Monday night was n long time in getling togetlier. A deed by the Gott heirs to atroets in tlie 3d ward received and ordered recorded. A brief cominunication of sorac 10 or 15 pages, from A. W. Hamilton, in reference to the city water, and an analysis of the same, was received and reterred to General Fund Committee without readinr.
