Court Rules Gays No Risk

In an Important decision, a federal judge has ruled that a homosexual cannot be declared a security risk simply because he is a homosexual. The case involved three alleged homosexuals who were fired from their government jobs as security risks. The judge also ordered a new investigation into the case of a New Jersy physicist who lost his clearance back in 1964, and as a result is now living on welfare. The landmark ruling went on to state that only homosexuals who were obviously unstable, or involved in practices that might lead to blackmail, could be denied clearance. The judge also said that government agencies could no longer require that homosexuals answer probing questions about their sex lives. Two workers were fired last year when they refused to answer questions about the type, frequency, location and cause of their homosexual acts.
