..."Bugs" Ruled Illegal

The judge at the trial of two Wounded Knee leaders --  after hearing all the evidence relating to possible illegal wiretaps used by the government -- has declined to dismiss all charges against Indian leaders Dennis Banks and Russell Means. 

Following the judge's ruling, defense attorney Mark Lane predicted more bombshells and an early dismissal. Said Lane, "this case will never go to the jury."
