this information to representative Bullard.

When contacted by the SUN, Col. Plants said he would not release the information to Bullard because Perry would use the information to abolish the Division and would not keep the information confidential. “Bullard's bill is motivated out of emotionalism.” Plants said. “There is some information that I am required by law not to release, like the names of people we have in our files.” Plants said he would not release the information to any representative, only if the whole legislature requested the info would he give it up.

Perry is planning on circulating a letter among fellow legislators and even the governor, demanding that the records of SAID be opened to a House committee.
