Florida War
During the winter's campaign about 500 Indians have come in or been captured. Nearly 100 of these are warriors. Two hundred and twenty of these have embarked for New Orleans, on their way to their new home. It is believed the war is at an end. This, however, depends on whether the African blood has all been carefully extracted. If not, the war must be continued. Our southern friends have a strong sympathy for the Africans; they cannot think of having them sent off to the far west.
