BELLE ISLE FREE FUN includes the . . .  Aquarium with its incredible variety of fish and other creatures, the jungle-like Conservatory, the Dossin Great Lakes Museum, and the Children's Zoo (it costs a quarter, but in these days of inflation that's Pretty close to free)-to say nothing of the island's wonderful facilities like picnic grounds, a variety  of concerts in the bandshell, playgrounds galore, and woodsy trails . . . the Turkish-American Heritage Exhibit continues through Sept. 21 in the International Institute's Hall of Nations at Kirby and John R ....  other CULTURAL CENTER activities include the unique Historical Museum, the expansive Institute of Arts, and the Science Center. In the same area, there's the giant Main Library and  Your Heritage House (John R. and Ferry).
