Ihe undereigned hereby gives notico that there will be a meeting of the above Society, held on the I8th ofday August next, at the Corners, six miles north-west ofthevillage of Plymouth, Wayne county, near tbo dweU hngs of Rufas TJiayer and Rev. Samuel Bebens. The object of this meeting, after strengtliening eacli others hearts and hands by the exchange of the friendly salutation, and the ndoplion of euch preliminaries as usually take place at such meetings, to eecure.if deemed practicable, certain important Amendments to our Constilution, either at this special meeting or at the next annual meeting: amendments, supposed by many, to afliet vitally the interesta of Abolition in the Methodist church. The members of the Auxillianes, already formed: and member3 of the M. E. Church; Abolitiónists and AntiAbolitionists, and members of the Wesleyan I Methodist church, and all other churches, who feel so disposed, are invited to attend. lam authorized to announce that ampie accotntnodations will be provided for by the I'riends in the viciuity, tor all who rnay attend.
