Ilcre are some resoluton8 of the right slarrip, from ihe Congrcgational ehurch in Marlboro1, Mass. The fir&t passed with three ncutrals, the second wilh one. Resolved, That regavding slavery in all its fovm9, and under all the circumstanceB in which it is at this moment upheld and practised in our country, as a sin of avvful magnitude in the sight of God, - as in most direct opposition to the spirit and precepts of our holy religión - as a tremendous obstacle to the spread of the Gospel of Christ, and as having a direct and powerful tendency to corrupt the purity, disturb the harmony, and destroy the influcp.ce of the ehurch; we will not, knowingly, suíFor a slaveholding minislorto enter our pulpit, nor a slaveholding professor to sit at our communion table. Resolved, That the canse of the slave is entitlod to the sympathiès, the contribui tions and the prayers of all, and we here by add tho Massachusetts Abolition Socic' ly to the list of benevolent societies, to which have pledged to countenance and support.
