Age 85, died Thursday evening, May 9, 1985, at Veteran's Hospital. Mr. Trimmingham was born Aug. 17, 1899, in Port of Spain, Trinidad, the son of Harris and Lillian Trimmingham. He had been a resident of Ann Arbor since 1956. Mr. Trimmingham served with the Army Corp of Engineers during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Harriet; two daughters, Andrea Trimmingham of Ann Arbor and Rosemary Trimmingham of Albuquerque, N. Mex. Private burial has taken place. A memorial service will be held
at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Robert New officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of one's choice.
