VYhiíe ihe Editor of the Emancipator was in Washington last month, he obtained access to the decisión of the Suprcme Court m ihe great Mississippi case which has not yet beca published. The Court cxpre8s the opinión that the Constitution does not recognize slaves as merchandize, but as 2ersons, and that Congress has no right, under that clause in the Constitution empowering it to regúlate commence, to regúlate or prohibit ihe trade in sluves between the several States. This opioion was given after a full hearing on both sides of the question, and wjll probably remain unreversed. We publish to day so much of this decisión as has yet appeared in the Emancipator.
