Succumbs In Ohio
Mrs. Martha B. Wuerth, 78, wife
of the late J. Fred Wuerth, former
Ann Arbor businessman, died yes-
terday morning in Hunting Valley,
0., it was learned today.
Mrs. Wuerth had been a resident
of Ann Arbor from 1911 until last
year, when she went to live with
her daughter, Mrs. Hugh C. Down-
er, in Ohio.
Born in Freedom township on
Nov. 8, 1874, she was the daughter
of Frederick and Wilhelmina Ney-
er Breitenwischer. On July 31,
1911, she was married to Mr.
Wuerth, who died Sept. 19, 1946.
She was a member of the Ann
Arbor Church of Christ, Scientist;
the Eastern Star, and a former
member of the Ann Arbor Wom-
en's Club.
Surviving, besides her daughter,
are three sisters, Mrs. C. R. Hall
and Mrs. M. C. Souter of Detroit,
and Mrs. Kathryn Feldkamp of

dren.
Funpr-al services will be held at
"riday in the Muehlig

ficiating. Burial will follow in the
Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit.
