J. George Kirn, 64, former Ann Arbor resident, died suddenly in Shaker Heights, Cleveland, yesterday afternoon. His home was in Cleveland.
Mr. Kirn was born in Ann Arbor on Aug. 13, 1885, a son of John and Mary Kirn. He moved to Cleveland in 1905.
Mr. Kirn was employed as a meat-cutter at the Shaker Heights Provision Co. at the time of his death. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias in Cleveland.
He is survived by two brothers, Karl M. Kirn and Walter L. Kirn, both of Ann Arbor.
The body will be returned to Ann Arbor for burial. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at a time to be announced later. Arrangements are being made by the Muehlig Chapel.
