Maurice L. Chapman
Worked As Grinder
At Cook Spring Firm
Maurice L. Chapman, 65, died suddenly at his home, 1361 Kensington Dr., this morning.
He was a grinder employed by the Cook Spring division of the Barnes, Gibson Raymond Co. for the past six years.
Mr. Chapman was born Sept. 1, 1884, in Colesburg, Ia., a son of William and Laura Chapman. On March 11, 1907, he was married in Winthrop, Minn., to Miss Ida DaLege. The couple lived at Fort Dodge, Ia., for a number of years before coming to Ann Arbor 21 years ago.
Survivors in addition to Mrs. Chapman are a son, Kenneth, of Ann Arbor and a sister, Miss Florence Chapman of Des Moines, Ia.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed. Friends may call at the Muehlig Chapel.
