YPSILANTI - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home for Cyrus C. Jenks, 74, of 1220 Congress, who died yesterday at his home. Friends may call at the funeral home.
The Rev. Sydney S. Rood will officiate at the funeral services. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
A Masonic memorial service will be held at the funeral home Friday night.
Mr. Jenks was born Nov. 16, 1890, in Spencer, Ill., a son of Milo Luther and Minnie Chapman Jenks, and was married to Elizabeth Irma Travarthen on March 31, 1911. She died Jan. 8, 1938, and Mr. Jenks married Florence Barclay on Dec. 5, 1938, in Angola, Ind. She survives.
Other survivors are a son, Cyrus Robert Jenks of Ann Arbor; two daughters, Mrs. James L. (Dorothy) Robinson of Monroe and Mrs. Jack B. (Elizabeth) Walker of Azusa, Calif.; and six grandchildren. A daughter, Elizabeth, died in 1915.
