To the Patrons of the Signal: - A combination of eircumstances of a pecuniary naturo has induced the subscnber to malte to the patroii8 of the Signal, ono and all, the folio wing proposition, viz: That all thosc who will rcmit to us through their Poslmaster, the amount of their hidebtedness to the Signal, be it much or liltle, so thal it reaches us by the FIRST DAY OF MAYnext, shall have their Paper at the rate af TWO DOLLARS per annum.
