J. Russell Young

J. Russell Young, 57, died last night at his home, 311 Wilton St., after a long illness.
Mr. Young was born Jan. 26, 1889, in Bradford, Pa., and had resided in Ann Arbor for the past 28 years. He was married to Jessie A. Inskip on Aug. 11, 1919.
Unti the time of his illness, Mr. Young was employed by the Cook Plant of Barnes, Gibson & Raymond Co. in Ann Arbor. He was a member of the Fraternity Masonic Lodge.
Mr. Young is survived by his wife, a daughter, Sally Ann, and a son, James Russell Young II. Also surviving are a brother, Harvard B. Young, of Kenneth Square, Pa., and three sisters, Mrs. Thomas Ayton of Morris Plains, N. J., Miss Wilda M. Young and Mrs. Henry B. Ramsey, both of Coatesville, Pa.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Saturday afternoon at the Muehlig Chapel, Rev. Frederick Cowan officiating. Burial will be made in Washtenong Memorial Park. Friends may call at the chapel.
