PLAN FLOWER SHOW: Three committee chairmen who are planning the Ann Arbor Garden Club "Festival of Flowers,” view flowers that will be arranged at the Women’s City Club where the show will be held from 2 to 9p.m. tomorrow and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The women are (left to right) Mrs. J. G. Tarboux, chairman, Mrs. F. A. Filie, the staging chairman, and Mrs. Walter E. Lay, who will assist Mrs. Tarboux.
