Members of the University's Sigma Chi Fraternity begin unpacking 40 miles of blue and gold toilet paper to decorate a "victory tree" in front of the fraternity house--the site of an "Annihilate State" pep rally set for 9 p.m. tomorrow. They are (left to right) Chuck Tellas, Alan Stevens, Stan Pawlowski and Don Lindow. The U-M football squad, cheerleaders, Head Coach "Bump" Elliott, Wally Weber and Dr. Hazel Losh will be on hand for the event.
