Former Resident Dies In Florida
William R. Wilson, 51, former Ann Arbor resident, and druggist in Detroit for the past 20 years, died yesterday after a brief illness in St. Petersburg, Fla., where he was spending the winter.
He was born on May 2, 1892, at Lake Linden, Mich., and later came to Ann Arbor with his parents where he lived for 25 years.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Herbert Hitchcock of Los Angeles, Calif., and by his mother, Mrs. Jean Wilson, a sister, Mrs. George Currie of Ann Arbor, three brothers, John of Seattle, Alexander of Ypsilanti and Donald L. of Detroit.
The body will be brought to Ann Arbor for funeral services at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the Muehlig funeral chapel. Rev. Howard Busching will officiate and burial will be in Washtenong Memorial Park. Friends may call at the chapel on Saturday and Sunday.
