JACKSON — Thomas J. Fournier of Ypsilanti is the new director of rehabilitation and personnel at Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan Inc.
Before coming to Jackson, Fournier served as administrator and director of rehabilitation at the Washtenaw County Jail, Ann Arbor.
