We learn from the Kalamazoo Gazette of March 31sl, tliat on expresa is already e-tabÜshetl betvveen BüfFilo and Chicago, by Miller k, Co. It is to run ifi conneclio.i wi'.h the expresses of Poieroy k, Co. between Albany and New York. This western expresa embraces an immense extent of country. It passes through Erie, Ashtabula, Fairport, Cleveland, Hurón, Milán, Sandusky city, Toledo, Monroe, Detroit, Pontiac, Ann Arbor, Jackson, Marshall, Kalamazon, St. Joseph, Michigan city, Chicago nnd Mihvaukie, a disíance of abont 600 miles and through a country rapidly mcrcasinnr n wealth and business and population. Ouly two trip3 are intended previous to ihe opening of navigation. After thaf, it is to run ihreë times a week, by steamboat, to Erie and all' the otlier intermedíate places on the lake, i Ohio and Michigan as far as Detroit; and from thcncp, by land to Chicago and Milwaukie.
