Absolute, Jar Cash and to thehighest Bidder [N the cause pending in the Court of Chancery, for the Second Circuit of the State of Michi;an, wherein James Abbott is complainant, and bigail Welch, David Eaton, George Welch, Jenry Welch, Harriet Welch, and Augusta Velch, are defendanis, the said George, ïlenry, larriei, and Augusta being Minors, under the ge of twenty-one years, - Whercas, by a decretal order in the above ause, made by his iionor Elin Farnsworth, lien Chancellor of the State of Michigan, bearng date the fourteentbday of July, A. Ü. eighten hundred and forty one, il was ordcred and ecreed, that the above named dcfendunts should edeem certain morigaged premises in the Conilainant's bill contaiued, by ihe payment of the utn of iour hundred and ninety-eighl dollars and wenty-four cents, and the interest to accrue hereon, from the fourteenth day of July, eighten hundred and forty one. the date of a certain eport in said decree mentioned, and also the osts of cumplainam to be taxed, on or before the Durtecnth day of November, in the year eighteen undred and torty-one, or that in default therooi, be said mortgaged premises with the appurteances, or so inuch thereof as would be suilicient o pay the said debt and the interest which had ccrued, or might thereafter accrue with said osts, and which might be sold separately withut injury to the partiesor either of them, should e sold at public auction, at the Court House, in be village of' Ann Arbor. in the County of Vashtenaw, by and under the direction of one ol ie Masters ol the said Court, the said Master rstgiving six weeks previous notice of the time nd place of sale in some newspaper published in aid Coui-.ty, as by the said decree, reference béng thereunto had, may more fally appear, And wherens, the said premises are yet unreeemed, and the above stated sum with interest, nd costs, is yet due and unpaid, JNow, iherefore, notice is hereby given, that in ursuance of thedirections of the said decree. nd by virtue of its authority, 1 will, on the sixeenth day of Mny next, at the hour of Twelve 'clock, at noon, ai the Couit House of the County of Washtenaw, in the village of Ann krbor, sell to the highest bidder, at public Aucon, the lands and premises in said decree menioned, or so much thereof as may be sufficienl o pay the aforesaid sum, interest and costs, anc an be sold separately without injury to any o: he parties in this cause, which said lands anc premises are known and described as follows, viz: U that certain tract or parcel of land sitúate in he County of Washtenaw. and State of Michigan, known as the East half of the South Eas quarter of Section nunibor thirty-two, in Town ship number four, South of Range number sev en East, containing eighty acres.
