Phillips P. Moulton is on hand to sign copies of his recently published Ammunition for Peacemakers: Answers for Activists.
Exploring the issues of war and peace from a fresh point of view, Moulton refutes the conventional wisdom of deterrence, analyzes the morality of U.S. foreign policy, advocates a practical method of arms reduction, and argues for the eventual need to replace the whole war system with active, nonviolent, civilian-based defense.
