To School Director of Dialricts and School Inspectora of the Townshipg. - The undersigned would respectfully remark, Ihat should the forms which have been prepared and printed by him, not be obtained by each of jour boards before they rnake their annual reports, it may be convenient for you to know even in this way, that the headings of the columns (1) of the district reports, are 1. Whole number of children in the Districts betwesn the ages of 4 and 13. 3. Number aUcnding school under 4, and over 18. S. Whole number that have attended school during the year. 4. LeDgth of time a school has been kept by a qualiñed teacher. 5. Name of each qualified teacher. 6. Time kept by each qualified teacher. 7. Wages paid each qualified teacher. 8. Average length of time each schol&r over 4, and under 18 has attended schoolring the year. 9. The amount of money received fronn town treasurer. 10. Amount oí money raised in dtstrict. 11. Purposea for which it waa raised. 12. Books used in the district school. 13. Number of scholars who have attendedí private echools during the year within thedistrict. 14. Nnmber of scholars who have thus attended, between 4 and 18. 15. Number of scholars residing within thedistrict. 16. Number of scholars residing out of tbdistric . 2. The headings of the columns of tbO re poris of School Inspectora, are, 1. Whole number of districts inthe-township. 2. Amount of money for township libirary,.to wit: 1, raiseü; 2, receiveü. Here must be added 'the several partioularsset forth in the reports of said directora," and. in as many columns 'and with the sarae headings as are seen in said reports and the school. law .
