February 16-18 Rejuvenation Weekend at Neahtawanta

Taking time to de-stress; this is not a workshop but rather a weekend in which an array of rejuvenation tools are offered.

March 1-3 Computer As Tools Workshop with Bob Russell and David Krumlauf

This workshop is for people with some experience and will cover topics ranging from a basic explanation of operating systems to the Internet.

March 15-17 Meditation & Yoga with Anna Pool (Pandavi) & Sally Van Vleck

For new meditators/yogis as well as those who want to "tune up" their practices.

March 29-31 Infant Massage with Ann Perrault

"Helping Hands, Helping Hearts". a two day workshop for parent(s), expectant parent(s), caregivers. healthcare professionals and the little ones too.
