Step into the Circle-1997/98 Performing Arts Series. The Drifters, The Coasters the Platters   Friday, October 3 Pease Auditorium-8 p.m.  Cruise through Eastern's Homecoming with Motown flavor Remember songs like This Magic Moment," "Save the Last Dance for Me," and "Under the Boardwalk," "Yakety Yak," "Charlie Brown," "Only You," and "The Great Pretender." An unbelievable evening of entertainment.

Alison Krauss and the Union Station Saturday, October 11 Pease Auditorium - 8 p.m.  "There's so much more to her than her fiddling. An amazing record producer, an angelic voice, a great bandleader, leading probably the best bluegrass band to come along in 20 years." -Mark O'Connor, Nashville's premier fiddler.

The Chenille Sisters Kids Show  Sunday, October 12 Pease Auditorium - 4 p.m.  Ann Arbor's beloved Chenilles win kids over with original songs and children's classics delivered a la Chenille - airtight arrangements, nostalgic harmonies and a zany sense of fun. For children ages 3-8.

Broadway and Beyond J. Mark  McVey Saturday, October 17  Pease Auditorium - 8 p.m. "I doubt you'd mind if I drew "Stars" around his name," said Bob Talbot of his Les Miserables performance as Jean Valjean. Experience an intimate evening of show tunes and inspirational songs, featuring cabaret, big band and full orchestra arrangements delivered by the phenomenal voice of Broadway's J. Mark McVey.
