Nonie's Hot Spiced Tea
Makes 3 quarts. Sweet and spicy.
Place two black TEA BAGS in a large pot and pour 1 1/2 quarts of boiling water into the pot. Let stand 1/2 hour. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 cups SUGAR, the juice of two LEMONS, and the tea into a larger soup pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add a muslin bag containing 2 teaspoons GROUND CLOVES and one STICK CINNAMON. When the liquid has cooled, add a pint of UNSWEETENED GRAPE JUICE and one pint of water. Heat and serve with a ladle into punch glasses or mugs.
