UNCLE SAM'S EAGLES OVER CITY: Ann Arbor saw a sample of the U. S. Army's plane power yesterday when 18 pursuit ships from Selfridge field circled the city in formation at top speed. An hour behind schedule in a flight around the state, it was certain to observers here that the planes lost time someplace on the route.
