Annual Temperance Meeting

The friends of Tempernnce throughout the State will bear in mind that the annual meeting of the State Temperance Society will be held at Adrián on the Second Tuesday, [9th day] of January next, at 10 o'clock A. M. Te?totalers of every name, let us turn outby scores, and give Adrián a cold water sweat. and o!tain a drain of the elixer of life, with which to infuse ordent spirits into the community. Editors of papers throughout the State will confer a favor upon themselvcs and friends of Temperance by noticing the above meeting.
