Claude Miller

Claude Miller, 59 years old, of 408 E. Washington St., died Saturday afternoon at St. Joseph's Mercy hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Dexter on July 18, 1884, but came to Ann Arbor 32 years ago and had lived here since. For many years he was an employe of the Staebler Oil Co., and for the last two years he had been the attendant at the Wilkinson parking lot on S. Fourth Ave. He was a member of the Macabees. Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, the former Meta Stierle, Dexter; a daughter, Mrs. Ronald Hagerman, Ann Arbor, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Muehlig chapel at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow with Rev. Theodore Schmale officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
